Science & Technology

Masters in 'Eco-design of polymers and composites'

In the current economic context, companies are subject to very strong constraints in terms of innovation and the environment. Competitiveness, responsiveness and sustainability in the supply of materials and energy are fundamental to their survival and development. The Masters in Sciences for Engineering (SPI) of Université Bretagne Sud (UBS) responds to this imperative through the integration of additional environmental concerns.
The 'Eco-Design of Polymers & Composites (ECPC)' special subject in M1 and M2 trains senior staff in the design, development and industrialisation of the polymer & composite eco-materials of the future, integrating both technical and environmental specifications.
Industries targeted are those traditionally using plastics and composites (automotive, packaging, aeronautics, sailing, construction etc.), as well as hi-tech industries. (microelectronics, biomedical etc.) and companies using derivatives (adhesive, paint, textile, rubber etc.).

Cyber Defence & Trustworthy Computing
Our university has set up various high-level courses that encompass all cyber threat fields: from analysis and crisis management to the design of secure software and embedded systems.
